Clare Owen

Clare is a Licensed Conveyancer in our Shrewsbury residential property team. Clare’s areas of specialism include:

Clare started working in a local solicitors office as a Junior Clerk in 1997 not having any previous knowledge or experience of either office work or the legal profession. After two years she progressed to the position of secretary and  discovered  she enjoyed the challenges and responsibilities which the property market had to offer and with the help and encouragement of her employers Clare decided to study to qualify as a Licensed Conveyancer. Clare qualified in November 2006 and following a merger with Turnbull Garrard  joined Linder Myers in June 2012.

When Clare is not at work she likes to spend time with her partner and their Boxer Dog, Benson. Benson demands a lot of her time at home which she is always very happy to give!

Clare also has an allotment which forms part of a local community project and which helps get her out in all weathers.

Clare approach to her work is to proved as effective and efficient service to her clients, all delivered in a very friendly way.
